🌸 Returns

We only accept returns if:

• You received a defective tote bag
• You received the wrong item

🧺 Condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and original packaging.

⏰ Time frame

Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order.

After 3 days, we are unable to accept any return or refund requests. 

💌 Refund / Exchange

We will offer a replacement or refund after checking the issue.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from us.
