All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or there is a payment issue, we may need to cancel the order and refund you.

💌 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in MYR (RM). Full payment is required before your order is processed.

🛍️ Product Info

We do our best to show our tote bags as accurately as possible, but slight colour differences may happen due to lighting or screen settings.

🚚 Shipping Information

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is verified
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on courier service
• We will provide tracking details once your order has been shipped
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Neenii Studio is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address

👜 Liability 

Neenii Studio is not responsible for any issues arising from improper use of our products.
